Vacation: Brown County Indiana

I used to think of Indiana as flat, boring, and uninteresting. A little bit like Ohio. When my family went to Brown County Indiana in August, I came back with a new understanding for the state. It does have beauty. Indescribable beauty. Color and hills were in every direction I looked. Gully's and cliffs loomed everywhere.  The Lord never overlooks any corner of His creation. He takes delight in it all :)

                                                               *silly face*

This little guy was our neighbor all week
This was my cute little bedroom

                                                              *good morning sunshine*
                                                              Our home for the week
She makes the most attractive faces

                                                                         O.H.I.O.

                                                                     Hiking!
*treasures along the trail*
                                                                        Mom and I
This is just a little taste of all the beautiful nature we seen
                                                           Our swimming pool

                                                           roasting hot-dogs
We were able to enjoy the blessing of renting a pontoon and spending the afternoon on Lake Monroe

Throughout our whole visit, the kids counted over 62 deer!
The scenery was absolutely stunning.

On the last day of our visit, we took an all day sight seeing day in the town of Nashville.
They had the cutest little shops and cafe's

The homemade ice cream was beyond amazing
Popcorn in every flavor imaginable!
Blueberry popcorn anyone???

Overall, our little trip was amazing. The sights were spectacular. The company was charming.
I hope you enjoyed this little peek :)
If any of you ever go, or have been to Brown County Indiana, please tell me about it!!! I'd love to hear from you :) :) ;)

Blessings to you all, Tabby
