Birthday Wishes to a Wonderful Friend

Rebekah is now officially 15 years old today... congrats girl! She is the kind of friend who I know will always have my back. Yeah, you better not try to mess with me because you will end up dealing with her. lol I'm just kidding. Kind of...  Anyways... back to how wonderful she is. She is always ready to listen. She gives good, truthful, godly advice. For this I am truly grateful.  Some people tell you what they think you want to hear, but Beka? No, she tells you what is on her heart. In short, she's the kind of friend you want to have around on your good days as well as your bad days, because she is just that great:)

oh dear me, did I forget to mention that she is beautiful??? she is! 

I thank God that he brought her into my life. :) love you always girl. 

One Year Anniversary

                  So, I want to wish a Happy (and kind of late) Anniversary to Reed and Lydia. This year had gone by in a blur. Like for real. I still remember decorating the reception hall and sanctuary. Setting up the arch with Beka. Filling the candy jars and going to Hibachi Grill after the rehearsal.  I remember first going into the room where the bride and her girls were getting ready for the day. I remember Mom proudly putting on Reed's corsage and Dad standing behind her watching. The ceremony was indescribable. The proud look on Reed's face when he seen Lydia coming up the isle. The precious Sleeping Beauty poem. The song Lydia sang for Reed. The cute little glances exchanged by the bride and groom. Yeah, that day will not soon be forgotten.
                   To wrap it all up, it was a beautiful, eventful, emotional and unforgettable day.
